Discovery deserves better than scattered docs
About Intexo
Most product teams do talk to their customers. The problem is what happens next: the recording lands in one drive, the notes in another doc, the roadmap in a third tool — and three months later nobody can say why a feature was built or which customer needs it answered.
Intexo exists to keep that thread intact. Interviews, support tickets, and sales notes live in one searchable repository. Highlights link to opportunity solution trees, so the tree is never just a diagram — every branch shows the evidence behind it. And when the work is done, insight reports and the Readout front page carry what you learned to the people who weren't in the room.
What we believe
Evidence over opinion
Every opportunity, solution, and shipped improvement should trace back to something a real customer said. If it can't show its receipts, it's a guess.
The loop, not the artifact
Research reports that nobody reads are waste. The point is the loop — capture, frame, test, ship, share — and keeping it spinning takes less friction, not more process.
Private by default
Interview recordings are other people's personal data. Media is never public, tenants are isolated at the database level, and AI only touches your content when you ask it to.
The method we build for
Intexo is opinionated about continuous discovery in the tradition of Teresa Torres' opportunity solution trees: a clear outcome at the top, opportunities drawn from real customer signals, solutions worth testing, and experiments that prove them. You don't have to practise it by the book — but the structure is there when you want it, instead of a blank whiteboard.
The company
Intexo is built by [Company legal name], based in [city, country]. We're a small team and we use Intexo to build Intexo — the feedback board in the product is our own roadmap. Want to talk? See the contact page.
